Duties Description
Under the supervision of higher-level staff, the incumbent of this position will provide support to Contracts Unit in Region 11 Structures Group. Incumbent’s duties include but are not limited to the following:
Review, process and maintain accurate spreadsheet on each active contract invoices for payment. Timely and accurately
Understand and be able to problem solve potential issues with consultant invoices and advise Project Manager of the issues.
Distribute, track and process invoices in a timely and accurately manner.
Keep an accurate list of archived projects to identify contracts to close-out.
Notified Project Manager of upcoming Consultant Performance Evaluations of multiple active projects.
Maintain a filing system for all active and close-out contract.
Proficient with the Statewide Financial System (SFS) as it relates to purchasing receipts and payments.
Preferred candidates shall possess excellent written and oral communication skills as well as proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Additional Comments
Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations.
