Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience with business analysis standards as defined in Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Duties Description
This position will be responsible for performing business systems analysis to define and develop requirements for new and existing information technology systems and business processes within Vital Records. The incumbent will be critical to the new systems infrastructure, for their knowledge and expertise to analyze, evaluate and recommend improvements as the bureau modernizes systems, and solutions, to support overall bureau strategies. The incumbent will also create and document system requirements, define scope and objectives, and create system specifications that drive system modernization, development and implementation.
