Duties Description
This position will be part of the Databook Unit within the Division of Data Services and Analytics, Bureau of Data Insights and Research. The purpose of the Databook Unit is to provide real time program level dashboards for the Office of Health Insurance Programs, including advanced analytics, documentation, trainings on Medicaid Dashboards, and provide program insights that can be leveraged for policy decision making. The Health Program Administrator will be a part of this unit and will be responsible for the coordination and facilitation of the documentation, training and communication on the Databook Projects. Examples include: monitoring the Databook BML and responding to questions, coordinating Databook Trainings, coordinating and documenting the Databook Newsletter, and coordinating the OHIP Wide Databook Workgroup.

Working within the Databook Unit, in the Bureau of Data Services and Analytics, in OHIP’s Division of Data Services and Analytics, the Health Program Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:
Coordinating and facilitating the OHIP Wide Databook Workgroup.
Coordination of the OHIP Wide Databook Trainings
Coordinating with Databook Unit Lead to collect program requirements, translate requirements to technical documentation
Responding to Databook questions through the Bureau’s Databook BML.
Documenting the Bureau’s Databook Newsletter
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
